DYNAMIC has been led by the DYNAMIC Board of Directors since day one in 2003. DYNAMIC President Mike Stricker is just one of the eight Board of Directors.
God reached Mike Stricker in July 1987 through Young Life, a Christian outreach ministry in Cincinnati, OH. Mike grew as a pioneer in his faith as he was discipled by incredible YL leaders and pastors since his early days in his Christian life journey.
Stricker became a trailblazer in sports outreach at Ohio State, where the vision for DYNAMIC first started to take shape. The vision grew while playing soccer with the Charlotte Eagles, training to play football for NFL teams as a kicker, leading Young Life and coaching varsity HS teams, working with Carolina Sports Outreach, serving as chaplain with Joe Gibbs Racing, and leading teams overseas to reach athletes.
The vision finally became reality when DYNAMIC was founded in June 2003.
Mike Stricker started DYNAMIC in Charlotte, NC in 2003. Stricker had the vision to create an outreach on the front lines to reach, coach, and equip student-athletes to become life-changing leaders.
Stricker set up DYNAMIC Performance Sports as an LLC. DYNAMIC thrived with staff, coaches, college interns, and former professional athletes working to reach athletes in multiple sports.
Stricker’s vision grew to include the DYNAMIC Scholarship Fund (501c3) to raise funds for College Leadership Scholarships, at-risk family outreach resources, Outreach Seed Scholarships, and student-athlete service trips to develop leaders.
The next step in the vision was developing Leadership University to disciple and equip our leaders with a proven curriculum and practical tools/experiences.

We want to get to know you. We also have all our volunteers and staff submit to a background check and team-leader accountability process.
DYNAMIC has always been all about people! We believe people change the world (not programs, not buildings, not vehicles, not media), so we invest our time, talent, and treasure in people. We would use the funds to hire at least 10 college interns seasonally (at $10K stipends for each) to lead with us on the front lines to impact, influence, and inspire teams of student-athletes all across our region.
The athletes we reach will become life-changing leaders who reach exponentially more people and teams! So the $100,000 of funding actually gets multiplied to equip hundreds and eventually thousands of leaders through DYNAMIC in just a few years!
