DYNAMIC can provide online modules and leader guides for your teams to work through over the course of a pre-season or season.
DYNAMIC LEAD U. works with a wide variety of organizations to develop your Teams, C-Suite Leadership, and Team Captains. We work alongside business owners, pro teams, college teams, high school athletic departments, and churches to equip your leaders through LEAD U.
DYNAMIC has invested 15 years in writing leadership development curriculum inspired by 3 primary sources: the Bible, Chick-Fil-a leadership principles, US Army core values and leadership principle.
DYNAMIC believes leadership development happens in real life situations and through practical tools, assessments, and challenges. We’ve seen the proven results over 15 years of equipping College and HS Varsity Team Captains.
DYNAMIC has used Outreach and Service Trips to these incredible leadership destinations as part of our LEAD U. Experiences. We set up trips for our students to the: US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD – coupled with touring Washington DC. US Army Academy in West Point, NY – coupled with touring NY City. US Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO – coupled with touring Denver, CO. We also take students on LEAD U. Spring Break Trips to serve in Haiti, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos and/or regional trips in the U.S. to serve as problem solving leaders in extremely poor communities.

LEAD U. can be installed to train your teams and Team Captains in any season length of your choice. We have a one full day training option. We have a 3 half-day trainings option. We have a 2 week (1 hour per day) pre-season training option. We have a 3 month (one day per week in-season) training option.
Yes, LEAD U. requires investment from our supporters to subsidize the cost so that schools and organizations can afford to train their leaders who come from at-risk situations. LEAD U. is always made to be affordable.
We don’t limit the number of leaders you can take through the LEAD U. Training in your organization when you partner with DYNAMIC to bring in LEAD U.
