While a person may not need to go to college to become an effective leader, the statistics overwhelmingly show that education beyond high school (and the connections to decision-making leaders while earning a college degree) is one of the strongest factors in overcoming cycles of generational poverty.

Since 2003, DYNAMIC has been directed by our Board of Directors for accountability and integrity. The Board meets regularly and has full authority to lead the staff.

The Board of Directors and our advisory team work in conjunction with the staff on decisions regarding finances, growth, structural change, and accountability.
